Custom .NET control: GUI Rack Map

This project builds one element of a much larger project. The successful bidder will design and build a .NET control (VB or C#) including well thought out properties, methods and events. The control must be configurable. This control will be used in multiple projects. The control will draw a rectangle and fill it with the defined quantity of circles, to represent a rack of test tubes. The control will also allow selection of contiguous "tubes" and fire an event when the selection is complete. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in linkable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

VB.NET or C#.NET Control development Windows XP is the target platform.
