AIM Toc 2.0 with Proxy Support

I'm interested in having coded a program that is capable of connecting to multiple AIM account's using socks proxy support. I would prefer it to be coded using the Oscar protocol, however TOC 2.0 would be fine as well or even TOC 3.0. I will provide the GUI, Servers, Proxies, etc. I just need the actual AIM coding done. If anyone is interested and is more then capable of handling this i would love to hear from you. I'm also looking for programmer to do permanent projects for me, I will pay well. I would like this to be coded in either .NET or VB6.0, Thank you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

Should be compatible with Windows XP and all other windows OS's.
