Build an 8-page website from a Template, Logo File and Word Document.

I'm looking for a web developer who can build a professional looking web site with 8 pages from these components:
Template 19648 from Templatemonster, I have purchased the template already and you will get it for starting.

A Logo Graphics file, available in different high-res formats, such as PSD etc.

A Word Document that contains in detail the contents of what's supposed to go into each page.

Let me know if you'd rather use the Flash or Non-Flash version of the site when you build it.
Ideally I'd like you to use Dreamweaver or Expression-Web to make the site, so that I can edit is subsequently for more content changes.
## Deliverables
I don't have the content for all 8 pages yet, but only for 4-5 pages so far. For the pages where I don't have the content, you can just set up place-holder html files, with the look-and-feel of the rest of the site, but some space where I can paste ni content later.
How long would this take you, how many days from starting?
