I need a form that can be customized with drop down and fill in fields that wall Auto calculate dollar amounts and other calculated figures. it needs to be put together in a form that can be printed like an invoice or a report. I can provide a general diagram of how I would like it to look as well as all of the drop-down fields are all ready to go just need the coating done no design work really other then some minor tweaking to be done
