We are looking to appoint a talented coder to produce a professional, client-facing software which can be used by our employees to take our customers through a unique yet complex booking experience.
Project Outcomes.
1. To form a software, GUI & system that can be used by our employees (end-user) to take a customer through a complex booking experience with differing variables.
2. The software will be able to produce quotes, receipts in a professional PDF format at the end of bookings, whilst also logging and maintaining customer details and booking stages/progress.
3. The software will have a professional, client-facing outlook that represents our company brand and logo (logo will be provided)
4. The software will have the function to be easily updated by an admin user who can update the ever-changing variables (flight & hotel prices etc) whilst causing minimum disruption to operational activity. Ideally, this should be done by simply uploading a file which then autofills the relevant variable fields as opposed to the admin changing each variable field manually.
5. The software will give the end-user the ability to search, find and recall a previous booking by customer name or reference and allow the end user to make any relevant changes which would then show and set out the net price difference from the original booking/quote.
6. A list of all booking and quotes are to be formed into a database which can be accessed online by senior management for the purposes of sale and performance management.

Coder Requirements
Essential
To have worked on previous booking systems/software and has projects to showcase.
To have great communication skills, flexible and quick at responding to queries & instructions
To be fluent in the varying software languages to form and create the aforementioned project.
Desirable
To have any knowledge of Hajj & Umrah booking systems.
