This project should be basic for a person with the right tools. We need to take a design from PSD to Magento Commerce. The assigned coder will be supplied with all PSD's, Hosting Account and Domains to be used. He Should be able to do a flawless work converting a nice looking PSD to a fully functional Magento Site.
The project speaks for itself but feel free to ask any question you may need in order to make it clearer.
