Corel draw application that will run with corel as a macro

Need a app that will run with Corel Draw. We need to open a file, ungroup it, Then the image which originally is black and white needs to be simplified using the simplify command with Corel. Then the white white part of the image needs to be deleted. After the image is simplified only the black part of the design will be left. What was the white part will have been deleted and the image is now see through where the white was.

After this the image needs to be uploaded into a folder with a unique ID or name. This function will almost be like bar coding. Each file must have a unique name so when uploaded to the program the graphics will not write over each other.

The image needs to be saved as an svg file the same way as corel would save it.
