Convert two dynamic php pages to pdf and mail and print in three locations (6 pages)

I need two dynamically generated pages (contract and invoice) to be converted to pdf (dompdf or similar) when an admin clicks the relevant button and whcih will either be e-mailed to their customer or printed. The admin must be able to click a relevant button (imaged) and the e-mail addreses to be dynamically inserted to a mailer form to be created . This is related to reservations. Once a guest's booking has been confirmed by the admin, the admin can click to send the contract and / or invoice to the guest. These buttons are located on the reservation admin page so the guest details can be extracted for use in the form. I may need some business logic assistance as currently the system generates a "Your booking has been confirmed" message to the guest so a good programmer may have a better way of implimenting the desired functionality. The two pages have already been designed as pure php and attached in order for a programmer to see what I need done. Likewise I have attached the file ([url removed, login to view]) from where the invoices and contracts are generated. I have three admin areas from where these docs must be generated from so that makes 6 docs in all.

I will liaise with appointed programmer on further details, access to server etc...
