I get in touch as we want to develop a web application that allows to add information of buildings, vehicles and other goods that go out to public auction at another location separate from the site.
An administrator manually enter data starting price, the auction site and other details of the property auctioned off (about 15 columns).
The administrator may discharge a partner.
The partners can insert into the database their own bids.
We want a search engine auctions and / or partner offerings (also according to criteria advanced version of the property).
To view the auction is necessary for a user is registered and has made available (for bids is not required to be registrasdo or credits). Therefore there must be a form of high and a system of credits via PayPal. The credits are sold as packs, ie you can not buy a credit, but there are packs of 15, 45, 90 and 1200 credits (for example) that can be used for 1 year from date of purchase. Each pack can be a configurable number of credits, the number of packs is unlimited and each pack can set a price. Every time you see an auction, a credit is subtracted.
No need to design, but if the application is ready to configure templates.
We want an estimate on time and costs for application development as well as a brief technical description of the technologies to use (we do not want a report or anything similar, since we receive proposals as soon as possible).
Are valued:
- Use of php frameworks like CakePHP, Symfony ... or Django for python
- Experience in projects similar to daily use skype / jabber
- Knowledge of subversion
