Create landing page

Hi guys, I need someone to create a landing page for my site [url removed, login to view]

When users visit the site for the 1st time, they are directed to the landing page.

If they have been to the site before, they are directed to the site, as it is already.

I really like this landing page and its just what i'm looking for:

For the layout for the landing page, I need 10 avatars on the site (see site) to be featured where the thumbnails are on givengain.com.

This does not have to interact with Twitter API, just grab 10 thunbnails and put them here.

I'll give you copy to go in once the landing page is ready.

If a menu item is the same on my site as it is on givengain, replicate it on my landing page.

For example, there are two navs on givengain. Home, one world........ & contact us, privacy...........

If [url removed, login to view] has a nav item 'terms' keep it and link to it, otherwise remove it.

I need a call to action button 'start here', similar to what they have.

Run with a few ideas.

## Deliverables

This is a live site, so there can be no errors with the site.
