Coding a graphics a design into a WP-theme

We need someone that can code a simple graphics design that we have designed into an exsisting wp-theme, so that the theme can be used with its normal functionalities. but with the new design.

You will be provided with the psd files to implement it into the theme.

Attached is the design we want it to look like. You will get access to a eleganttheme or a woo theme to work from.
