Need a clone of this site with limited design of the looks, want to keep it simple looking like [[url removed, login to view]][1] keeps their's looking. There is a few changes away from their site as I do not want a "view detail" page like they have, just a result page.
To get listed, members would have to register and pay their fee by paypal and then would be able to revise their listing anytime by logging into there account
I want to be able to sell banner space on the result pages "per zipcode" or really per lots of 5 zipcodes. In other words if someone wants to advertise on 76180,76118,76148,76118,76137 zipcode result pages then they can do so. Also I would like to sell banner space on site wide result pages for another price.
