Basic Betting Calculator needs programmed

Greetings,

I need a betting calculator programmed that allows the user to put in some numbers and output some different numbers using formulas that I have created.

Please see full description of a workng example, which will give you a much better idea of exactly what I'm looking for.

## Deliverables

I have a basic piece of software that I offer to customers, which is a free bet calculator. I currently give this to people that purchase my betting system ([[url removed, login to view]][1] and [[url removed, login to view]][2]).

The system is the same in the above 2 websites, it is just rebranding.

Please see attached zip file which contains:

1. Folder containing the current calculators that I sell with my system.

2. Folder containing old calculators that have a free 3 day trial (But I'm not sure how it was done - hence this project!)

3. 3 images

I am looking to be able to offer the calculators? as a free 3 day trial that:

* Will ask for the users first name and email address upon registration

* This adds them to an email list (I currently use [url removed, login to view] ??" a 1&1 shopping cart skin as my email database/autoresponder service) and adds them to an autoresponder that will automatically send them emails. If this could be done via [url removed, login to view] it would be a bonus.

* Allows users to use the software for 3 days and then expires.

Once you complete the programming side, we simply need to add 2 different headers to it.? The functionality would be identical, just different branding.

If you can do the above ??" Please feel free to bid. If the asking for email address is an issue - please still bid and just mention it in your bid.

There are also extras that I ideally would like fulfilling (If they are possible?!):

Extra 1 ??" Make the software MAC compatible.

Extra 2 ??" Make it not come up with a security warning message everytime you use the calculator (Please see image in zip file)

Extra 3 ??" Make a minimize button for it.

Please state what you can do with your bid.

Note that by the end of the project I need a Total? of 4 calculators:

1. Online Loopholes free? 3 day trial calculator

2. Online Loopholes calculator

(1&2 have the exact same look and functionality apart from 1 expires in 3 days and 2 never expires)

3. Free Bets Arbitrage free 3 day trial calculator

4. Free Bets Arbitrage calculator

(Exactly the same as above but with a different header image that I will give you to stick in their - see attached images).
