Automatic link generator

On my website's the affiliate software, links are looking like this : [login to view URL] This is the link of the affiliate # '14'. People who are going to come to my website will be asked upfront to type the number of their affilate.

What i need is a piece of code that will automatically generate the link depending on the typed number

Ex: user type '457', the generated link is

[login to view URL]

The visitor/user will have a form to fill with:

* his name:

* his email:

* the code of his affiliate:

* and this form will have a submit button (of course)

This form html code can be provided my autoresponder system ([login to view URL]) see the attached file.

The name and email of the user will be pluged in my getresponse autoresponder and

The code will make 2 things

* automatically generate the url

[login to view URL]

and

* will open a new window (target = _blank) at the same time wit a url that i'll specify: [login to view URL]

Important :**

1. 1 - I want to have an option that allow the url [login to view URL] (where 'xxx' are the numbers) to be emulated so that the cookies are set on user's browser, but, NOT open the page [login to view URL], and only open the page [login to view URL] I'd like this option to be turned off, simply by changing some line of code for example.

2. 2 - Some numbers have 2 caracters and others have 3 and maybe 4 caracters - i hope so ...one day ;-) Therefore, i'd like the program to work whatever caracters are typed by the user.

PS: I'm not a programer, but i'm used to read codes and make very small precise changes.
