Database migration and analysis of server errors (not open phpmyadmin)

We need this job:
- Migrating mysql database (magento) from one instance (EC2 Amazon) to another, identify errors in server and correcting phpmyadmin not opening.
We did a server upgrade and a SCP copy of our Database backup, after this ;
Accessing the phpmyadmin with user and password, the window appears white.
The bug is happening when we try to access some order, and also is no possible make login at the frontend. (is related with disabled checkout with expired license)
Log Error Magento: “idecheckoutvm/customer_attribute_source_pessoa_view" não encontrado para o atributo "tipo_pessoa"
