Automated Product Costing System; It is a web based system that allows user to input materials, BOM, work centres, activities and churn out a report on the cost of the final goods, while taking into account its material and operation costs.
Requirements of the project
- This system must allow users to setup material master data for different item types such as raw materials, sub-assemblies and finished goods.
- Bill of Material (BOM) setup must support multi-level structure. This means that the BOM can consist of 2 or more levels of raw materials to create multiple assemblies.
- Must be able to support multiple work centres and each work centre will store its activity name, description and hourly rate.
- Users must be able to setup Production Routings.
- Calculate total cost and generate product costing report.
Must be done with Netbeans and must be able to run on XAMPP Control Panel
