Add features to Magento's real-estate script

Hi,
I just need to establish a real-estate site , the site will just show a property for rent & buy "no payment online" just advertise for properties .
- Multilingual "English & Arabic" I can translate Arabic by my self
- The main features is to advertise property for Buy&Rent
- no payment online I will just advertise for properties
- The Search will be based on Buy or Rent then "Cost,number of room, locations. property type, floor & type of finish"
- No design required , just implement the PSD to the site
I'm interested in the below script "Airbnb" but it is missed the " Buy option & Arabic language"

So I just need to customize the above magento's script to add "Buy & Arabic language" only , no design required .
if you already have similar script it will be OK
I want to go with the minimal cost but with quality for sure
The whole milestone will be released once project finished
