Convert a php script into opencart module - repost 2

I want to have this made into a module for opencart websites all 1.4 and 1.5 versions.
Some things like settings are in a seperate php file now, these need to be inside the admin.
Also settings like site url, description, website title, admin mail, etc need to come from the normal opencart structure.
In the admin section from the script there is a button to check if the reciprocal links still exist, this i want also in a cronjob so it automaticcaly checks every month and emails the ones that are gone, if still dont exist the next time cronjob is run links need to be deleted and a mail must be send with expaining that they didn't responded to the first mail and there link is removed.
It really needs to be the opencart mvcl structure, not some script that jumps in and out of opencart like most developers do around here.
If youre not experienced with opencart than dont bother!
