Development of OSCommerce website for small business

We require a website developed in OS Commerce that provides our customers a platform to buy our products. At this point in time we have 10 products however the system should allow for us to easily add and manage product listings. Basic default Os Commerce functionalities are required including search a particular products, can select multiple products to buy, add to shopping cart etc. We would like some assistance in relation to creating a professional look and feel to this website which will include assistance with artwork (including logo design), photo integration, logo placement for facilities like paypal. Implementation of a discount module based on quantity and/or total price is required. Implementation of a Australia post addon module is also required. We require experience individuals to complete this job within a short timeframe. We do not accept 'generic' responses, all bids for this job must be carefully considered and examples of oscommerce websites provided. The final delivery of this project is a functioning ecommerce website, with a professional look and feel, that is secure, installed and ready to go.
