add in the CMS an "upload image" option to be displayed in the website

Somebody developed a website for me. This person forgot to make editable some parts of the site. I have no option in the CMS to upload new images and replace the old ones. // I just want to be able to replace the actual image with a new one // I want to make it through the CMS // everything else is ok.
Just add the option in the CMS to upload new image and replace the old one.
Check the image attached for a better idea (the dotted images are the ones I want to replace)
