Bootstrap CSS Edits & Update MySQL Queries

I have a site using Twitter Bootstrap CSS layout. I want a few changes made so that the site displays correctly across devices. Currently some of the padding doesn't work within Tablets and Phones.
Secondly I require all my MySQL queries to be tidied up and updated to PDO
