**Introduction**
I am creating a minor football site. Minor football is where children under the age of 14 play American style football. This site will be almost entirely information only. The finished product will have all of the pages available and the links should all work, however, I will add the content myself after work is complete.
**General Design Requirements**
I would like to have a design decided upon before going ahead with any of the pages. I have a graphic that shows what the main index page should look like as far as content so when you are showing a page design please have that layout in mind.
The second graphic shows a content page.
**Colour Scheme**
The main logo in green (#006600) but the site would basically have to follow that colour theme.
**Content**
The content is basically static. This is an information site for children and students to log on and get information about the team and the league.
We would like the CONTACT US section to send an email to an email address so we can get back to people.
**Platform**
I would like it in .NET so if you have any fancy way of putting the menus or navigation in XML or something this is the way to go. If it’s just HTML that’s ok too, however, there will be some scripting required in the CONTACT US section.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
