Convert ASP Pages to PHP

A Dating website ([[login to view URL]][1]) need to convert the code from ASP to PHP and setup a SQL database to run the PHP. The website is having major speed issues and do no wish to work with asp code and microsoft sql DB anymore. Once the code is converted, The current microsoft DB needs to be imported to the neeed mysql db. I currently have a Linux machine setup with apache web server and sql db running. Total of asp pages is ruffly around 100. But out of 100 asp page theres maybe 30 long pages, the rest is just little pages, which should take much time to convert. Serious inquires only. Ive been screwed over by one company already, dont want to go thru the same situation again. I would luv to see this work done within 2 weeks, but if it cant be done, iam willing to extend the work time as long as i see progress and work being done. Also progress needs to be posted on the test server every few days so i can see progress of work.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
