CGI Script

We are converting from a third party affiliate program to one in our own cart. We have 301 affiliates that currently enter our site through a cgi script that sets the info so that if a customer buys after entering through there - they get credit. Our new system uses an ASP page. Problem - we don't want to make all our current affiliates change all the links so we want to be able to create a new cgi script with the same name as the current one that will evaluate the incoming information and redirect to the ASP page with the appropriate number. Second problem - the new numbering system and the old numbers don't match. So we want the script to evaluate the incoming number - convert it to the new number as it send to the ASP page. We have the 301 numbers and there would never be any more since no one will ever sign up on the old site again so could be hard coded and will work "forever". I don't do CGI so I honestly don't know how complex this is in that so please let me know if I am too low. The existing cgi script is written in perl.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
