Convert Photoshop Web Layout To CSS w/ Coldfusion Includes

I've developed a new website design in Photoshop CS that I need spliced and transformed into a web page using only CSS for the page layout/text and and Coldfusion.

Please take a look at the attached "Master Layout" which is composed of 6 different sections (the Header, Masthead, Main Page, Side Menu, Footer, and Copyright Footer). Each of those sections need to be created as separate pages using only CSS and spliced images from the Photoshop file; then combined into one master web page using Coldfusion CF INCLUDES to join the sections.

The Main Page section (the main text block) has 8 different variations, for a total of 14 different CSS pages. Note that in the attached image, all anti-aliased text will need to be converted into graphics, while non-anti-aliased text will be HTML-rendered using CSS.

I will supply the winning coder with all Photoshop source files to work from, along with details on the specific colors, pixel spacing between page elements (if requested), and the different CSS states for hyperlinks and text.

I will only accept Coldfusion for combining the page sections into a master layout.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
