I create web pages that are locally hosted, i.e. on the PC of the viewer. To view these webpages, the viewer opens the containing folder on his PC and clicks on [url removed, login to view] (just like a website design on the PC of a web designer before hosting on the internet) to open the site on a browser. I need a program/software that can turn these webpages to an installable software so that the viewer installs the web pages on his PC like a software (with a desktop icon) and on clicking the desktop icon, launches the [url removed, login to view] file which then opens the webpages in the software without the need of a web browser.
