Create Magento Theme from PSD

We have a PSD site template that was created for our magento site. We need to have a theme created from the template.

The template consists of a homepage with two sliders, and some static blocks.

The template includes a category page layout that must be converted

The template includes a product details page that must be converted. The product details page must take the 1st image uploaded into the product gallery and use it as the large image (you wil understand when you see the template)
