Cryptocurrency market exchange like BTER

I would like to create a website and backend like BTER.

It must have membership system, trading system.

For API system we can discuss later after those two systems done.

It must design and implement to support at least 100,000 concurrent users without performance problem of course, security is the first priority.

I personally do not care about what language you will use as long as it is able to follow the requirements.

Please answer only if you have done this kind of project before, no room for newbie, I don't want to waste time.
