Channel Live Streaming

I need someone who can build a live streaming site that works like

"[login to view URL]" We will be broadcasting services through out the day from all around the world on a schedule.

YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO CREATE ALL THE FEATURES IN THE EXAMPLE, FEATURES ARE A REQUIREMENT BUT WE WILL WORK TOGETHER ON THE FEEL AND EASE OF USE

- This is not a project for you to try your skills, it costs both of us too much time.

I would like to have the features in the example site but with some customs features that I will discuss with you after you win the bid.

THINGS TO CONSIDER;

2. I DO USE MILESTONES BUT I WILL NOT RELEASE THE PAYMENT BEFORE YOU DELIVER RESULTS PER MILESTONE, I TEST AND CONFIRM IT'S WHAT I WANT, YOU HAND OVER, THEN I PAY

3. I AM LOOKING FOR A LONG RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPER SO PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS

The main features I want to customize are:

phase I

1. Giving. I WOULD LIKE TO USE SOME OPTIONS FOR THE USER TO CLICK ($5, $10, $20, $30.. etc) and a way for them to add a note when they are giving. (giving is through [login to view URL], paypal, google, all other ways just let me know and I'll set them up)

- The user should also be able to add a note as they give and select a reason they are giving example a prayer request, offering, first fruits, birthday, etc I'll give you the list

- After they give we need to send them an email and a pop up message saying thank you and anything else we want to say

2. After someone logs in it needs to remember their location (Which church they attend)

3. Complete integration with facebook. Users can log into facebook and then comment on videos on the site and it links to facebook

4. The player you choose has to be viewable by iphones or ipads

5. Chat support Live like freelancer but it will have the option for prayer request or website help? then the user chooses and in the back end we need a program to handle support

PHASE II

1. Product sales. Knowledge of MAGENTO is a big PLUS because I would like to integrate a shopping cart that links to every message and allows the user to purchase the series after they watch it. Also for book sales, DVDs, CDs, MP3 etc

The example site: [login to view URL] has a lot of the features we want so please pay close attention to it. That is our bench mark.
