Amembers membership programming

We need help in figuring out on how to do certain things in amembers membership program and need consulting on how to do it and help us create any additional scripts we need. Must be able to video on line changes and solutions with Camtasia and be able upload them for us for future subscriptions we want to create. We use XsitePro for our website builder so you must have knowledge in how to integrate both of those already. Looking for someone who can help us manage several subscriptions on an hourly basis as needed.
