ASP Page to Search and Replace Access Database

I need an asp page built that will accept form parameters and search and replace in an access database. This is for a working website and an access database with a DSN connection. I would like to submit the following form variables: "old_text", "new_text", "search_field", and "redirect_url". "old_text" will be the text to search for, "new_text" will be the text to replace it with if found, "search_field" will be the field in the database that the search and replace will take place, and "redirect_url" will be the url that I want the page to return to when the search and replace is finished. I want the asp page that is built to append to the redirect_url the results of the search and replace. If the redirect_url is "[url removed, login to view]" then I want the asp page to redirect to "[url removed, login to view]" where howmanyreplaced will be the actual number of items that were replaced in the search. The DSN that I am using for the database is "944_Catalog". The database fields are Item_Number, Item_Name, Description, Price, Category1, Category2, In_Stock, and Discontinued. All fields are text except for Price which is numerical, and In_Stock & Discontinued are both checkboxes (True or False). I will let the coder download a sample of the database if needed via ftp (about a 4 meg file). The text that is submitted for the search and replace (as well as the existing database) may or may not contain special characters, such as single quotes, double quotes, etc. I will also add two checkboxes at the bottom of the search form. One to choose case sensitive search or non-case sensitive search and another to choose to search for anywhere in the text or word boundaries only. I can send whatever values you need to create the asp search and replace page. True and False is probably the most sensible. We can call these checkbox fields "case_sensitive" and "word_boundary"

1) Complete and fully-functional working ASP/VBScript webpage that integrates with the appropriate form as described and complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
This will run on an NT Server with a DSN connection to an Access database. ASP/VBScript page only.
## Deadline information
Must be completed 3 days after bidding close and be available for minor changes for up to a week.
