ASP.NET based Bond Issue Calculator and Amortization Schedules

The objective of this website is to create an ASP.NET (with VB.NET language) based membership website for a bond issue calculator and different types of amortization schedules.

_Following is the main scope of the project:

_1. Secure Account Management (Register New Account, Process payment, Signon to Existing Account, Forgot Password and send email, Cancel Account, Account renewal)

2. Bond Issue Calculator (Calculate and store formulas based on user input and display screen/printer outputs)

3. Amortization Calculator and Schedules (Calculate and store formulas and schedules based on user input and display screen/printer outputs)

This project will involve secure account management (user id / password); payment receipt mechanism to receive site subscription via different payment methods (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Check, Money Order, Paypal etc.); account signon; forgot password and send email; cancel account; account subscription renewal; bond issue calculator; amortization calculator and schedules for 3 different types (Level Annual Principal, Level Annual Principal & Interest, and Wrap Around)

There could be other miscellaneous changes but it will be well within the above mentioned main project scope.

Please bid if you are an experienced in [url removed, login to view] programming and have developed similar sites. I want to see the websites that you have up and running under ASP.NET. The developer should have experience to work with SSL certificate and payment gateway as I need secure login.

I will need project status every week and all the project schedule should be diligently followed.

I will also need to know the support plan that will be provided after all the project is completed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
