ASP.NET/SQL Server Website

We? need a timesheet entry and work management site developed in ASP.NET with SQL Server db. A? good well thought out design and layout for UI and web pages.? (Detailed requirements on request.)

Application includes User logins, Administration, and Reporting. Reports should be exportable in Excel or CSV files.

The code must be ASP.NET 3.5 / VB / C# with AJAX. Database is MS SQL Server 2005+.
