Looking for web based Church managment CRM software - in asp.net 2.0

Below is a brief summary. we are working on the full details:

1. Administration

2. People Module like membership, volunteers, staff etc

3. Financial like payroll, invoices etc

4. School - with classes and courses

5. Website builder with templates

6. Mailing software - newsletters and labels

7. Reports

8. Windows Forms - stores data and uploads them to web server when connected to internet

Software should use asp.net 2.0 (vb.net only) with mySQL Server

Looking at budget of $1,000 for this project and completion within 40 days with daily updates
