A Simple C# Application

I need a small C# windows application as specified in the attached zip file.

Some Clarifications:

- "Section" includes heading (in bold in the spreadsheet, e.g. "Lighing") and items under the heading (e.g. "Lighting: Recessed Can"). Users need to be able to add section and/or section items. Both sections and section items can be manually moved up and down.

- You need to provide a user manual/instruction in windows help file format.

- On first use, the program will load default data similar to what's in the spreadsheet. On exit, information such as project name, currency, section info, total, sorting order, windows position, etc. need to be automatically saved to the access database.

- User should be able to change the currency through some popup dialog box.
