Connect the existing website to SQL Server 2012 and with PayPal functionality

I have the existing website written in HTML and CSS format, which is written in C#.NET (VS 2012) for the backend code. However, it lacks of the connection to the database and PayPal.
This website is for e-commerce functionality.
Currently I host the website in GoDaddy server. Please verify that this hosting offer hosting in SQL Server 2012 and .NET. If they only support older version, it is fine too.
