Create word file in vb.net

Generate a word file exactly like the [login to view URL] in vb.net from the sample data.xlsx. It will be used to print 16 labels.
I have attached a sample project. This one is very close to needed output file. But some formatting code is missing. Just need to add or correct few lines.
