Creating Multiple Sections inside on panel dynamically - repost

I just want you to create a panel in Clientside and fill that panel dynamically based on Promts’ ObjectType_Name and Object_IsVisible (I sent a code as an example but it is not working properly .You just you know do a sample for me by using 2 sections in the panel inside the Client side has two buttons to go forward and back. The main ide is populate the survey question dynamically at runtime.
The pic. I added is the same for all sections (down) .so we don’t know which field in a section so that’s why we are creating them dynamically.
I added Section2.png. I just want you to show me first two section works .Thats it. In the second section table , there is checkboxlist options separated with pipes . they also needs to be bind the dynamic Checkboxlist for the second section. I have added some files and pictures. DBTables where you are going to retrieve the data .[url removed, login to view] also , how it looks and the template , it is the same for all sections.
You need to use standart [url removed, login to view] and stored procedure , C# ,sql server .I need to do it using datatable and datarow.
