I need android application.
It involves taking photo and recording video.
The screen is the same as the attachment.
If user hold camera button or press anywhere on Camera background for more than 3 seconds, begin recording, if user release press on screen, pause recording.
And if user taps the capture button, takes a photo.
The details are on attachment.
