Android sensor logging app

I need a simple Android app to send sensor data to my Linux PC.

Sensor data required -

- Bluetooth paired device RSSI

- Bluetooth paired device Link quality

- Bluetooth paired device Signal strength

- Accelerometer data

- Gyro data

The data shipping method should be over WiFi to my Linux box.

it can be by establishing a connection (netcat or something), http POST or something similar.

The data should be in a convenient format, like CSV or array.
