desigin and administration on mail chimp

Hi
I need someone to work specifically in mail chip to:
be able to create custom templates
be able to implement links to appropriate web pages withing the template
advise procedures in sending out split list
do the design all upcoming design of mail outs.
Some training in using mail chip will be required and therefore be looking for someone close to our time frame being in Sydney Australia.
