Design for website engine control panel (1010069)

We have a new product in our company and we need a full design for it's control panel.?
The design itself suppose to be as simple as possible. Basically: header, footer and menu. All the rest of the design depends on buttons ans icons.
- Buttons: standard set of buttons for control panel. Such as "Submit", "Reset", "delete", 'V' sign,, 'X' sign, empty button etc.
- Icon: we require set of icon for each and every one of our modules. Initially we need around 20-25 different icons.
We expect 3D design for icons and buttons.
Because we already have a logo for a company, all of the above have to comply with company's logo.?
Please, provide samples of your design.
And keep in mind: once we pick a designer to do the job, we want to keep him for the continuing designs of the control panel (the product is still in development stage, and there will be a lot of new modules and functionality added later on, so we want to keep the same style). We thought about having Mac OS Style design.
Note: All we need is PSD file. No HTML needed.
