Business Catalyst Blog - Prepare for Social Media

Currently I have a Blog Menu on my Business Catalyst Website. It needs to show 2 sub Menu's and then it all must be prepared for Social Media - Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook and I need to know how to add video's to the Blog.
You need to show evidence you have worked with Business Catalyst and know it well.
Once this is done I need instruction to market the website i.e. how to send a post through Social media including posts with video content and if there are any concerns I need to know about.
As a second and third milestone to the project dependant on the outcome I will be looking at SEO and improving my marketing. If a price for these separately can be indicated this will be very helpful.
