Bodybuilding blogger - full blog maintenance

I'm rebooting an already established blog about bodybuilding. I'm looking for a blogger to manage the blog, from content to SEO and even the Facebook page. Blogger will have full responsibility over the blog, will create all the content and build a community.
The main skills of the ideal candidate are:
- Highly creative
- Fast learner
- Blogging experience
- Great content writer
- Great knowledge about bodybuilding (candidate must be fit)
- Knowledge of SEO
Responsibilities will include:
- Create all content for the blog, it has to be original, and it has to be compelling.
- Manage Facebook page (I can do this)
- Manage community. You'll have to build a community on the blog/Facebook page and make it compelling (we both can do this)
The topics the blog will cover are:
- Bodybuilding in general
- Weight loss
- People who are just getting started with bodybuilding
- Diets
- Other types of exercises
- Daily routines (like sleeping well, etc)
The idea will be to offer a great source of information as well as building a community.
If you have any ideas for the blog, I'll be happy to hear them. I'm looking for long term work.
I'm just getting started with the blog, so the pay won't be too high. Once I monetize it and start earning some money, pay will be increased. We can discuss all the details when you post your offers and ideas.
