I need 500+ Permanent High Quality PR 6+ Backlinks for my Australian website.
The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience.
Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods.
White-hat is crucial and required. Black-hat or Grey-hat methods will not be accepted.
We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Requirements.

500+ PR6+ Backlinks. Some websites must be PR7 and PR8. As many PR9+ as possible.
Page Rank is for page that has the Backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site.
One link per domain will be counted so 500 links must come from 500 different domains.
All links must be minimum PR6 or above.

All links must be appropriate for our website.

Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.

Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
Links MUST be manually built at 8-12 per day and spread them over at minimum of 50 days.
Staggered deployment of the links is required over 50 days to avoid any penalties.
Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.
Page should not be excluded by robots.txt.
I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

• Hate-based or Violent
• Black hat sites
• No spamming
• Under construction pages
• No sub domains, back links must be on a www
• No [url removed, login to view] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
• No sites which ask for money later.
