I run a modest home theater company in Austin, TX and am completely baffled by the top posters on Craigslist. I am building my own SEO campaign as my site is filled out with functionality, but I need listings on the top of CL everyday to hold me over. I have competent employees, and do much finer installs than the top posters. They seem to have both autoposting, autoflagging and flagging invulnerability, as well as some exploit for staying on the top of the list. The one that has been on top all week is from January 21st and the rest are from early February. I tried copying their add down to the last detail, including the title and keywords, but it did not pop up. I don't want an obnoxious block of adds, I just want adds for each service that I provide on the top for my keywords everyday. Please respond if you can help me do this.
