Coldfusion based online store regular ongoing maintenance and updates

Hi,

I am currently looking after a client that supplies employee uniforms to companies and has 3 sites, 1 x Online Store, 1 x Administration Site for the onlinestore and 1 x Flex Application (for managing employee uniforms/sizes and a bulk ordering system). All sites where custom made by different people of different skill.

I have been asked to make a number of alterations/improvements to the system, and I am to busy to complete.

I need a developer that can carry out the alterations necessary and provide continual updates and support for this site.

It will be approximately 15-20hrs to start and approx 0-5hrs / week after that for continuing changes / updates.

The site code is very messy as it is an old system that has been continually changed over the last 5 years by different people, the coldfusion site code is a mix of inline code and cfc objects so successful person will need a little time to work out how the site functions before he/she is productive.

I am looking for someone to provide a per hour rate as this job will have no end and will continue as long as the developer is happy. Hours of work required are from 0-5 hours per week as required by the customer.
