I need a website following this standard:

it is all made using CSS in HTML5. exactly what we need.
The designer will be able to use images from [login to view URL] and I will buy them and some other images i will delivery.
the current page from our company is [login to view URL]
it is provisory and temporary and just for information purpuse.
It will have just 1 page with 6 sessions (pictures) scrolling down.
1 main page, with the same icons (playstore and applestore)
2 display a video
3 display the app from a mobile and describe in the right side
4 display some presentation of our company, that can be discussed together.
5 display some features with icons, that we already have in photoshop or corel.
6 display a contact form, or order menu.
bellow everything we can put address ,and some info like in tango.me.
I made a very fast test and it seens easy to use that kind os scructury following that source.
