Digital sketch for blog banner/ Facebook cover photo

I have a concept that I have roughly drawn up for a banner image for my blog that I would like to get professionally sketched/digitalised. The blog is a powerlifting/sports blog and I want the image to be sketched/cartoon style. It consists of a black barbell across the centre of the image, with a boxing glove hanging from either side. The words 'lift hit' are written above the bar in Channel font and 'FIT' written underneath the bar in Stencil Cargo Army. The dots on the i's in 'lift' and 'fit' are small kettle bells. I think it might look good to replace the 'I' in 'FIT' with a cartoon image of a women holding up the barbell but I haven't been able to sketch this. For the colour scheme: the barbell and word 'FIT' are in black. The kettle bells and 'lift hit' is in black outline that fades to a pink centre. The boxing gloves are also black outline with pink as the main colour. The women would have light skin/brown hair/purple gym outfit. I can send my sketch through for a better idea.
