Designing 4-5 Banner images for a new e-learning webapp

We will launch our new e-learning web-app in April. We need 4-5 Banner Images created. We will provide you the content and the idea of the image. We will also share the colour combination that we have selected for our new web-app.
Any experience in similar kind of tasks will be a bonus.
We need a creative kind of Graphic Designed who can give inputs and share opinions and not simply make exactly what we tell him/her to do.
Deadline - Need to get it done before 30th March.
